With the AWearness collection, ANDY WOLF brings together signature design, refined craftsmanship, and a clear commitment to sustainability. After launching the acetate line in 2021, the collection is now being expanded with a new range of metal frames and matching clip-ons – designed to be versatile, durable, and beautifully made.

AWearness stands out for its thoughtful construction: all frames are made exclusively from materials with recycled content, such as acetate renew and monel. What makes them truly unique is their modular design – there are no glued or fixed parts. Every component is screwed together, so it can be replaced, repaired, or recycled easily. That means fewer resources are used in the long run, and waste from packaging and transport is significantly reduced.
The new metal styles are both classic and contemporary, while the acetate frames are a subtle tribute to ANDY WOLF’s early collections. Carefully considered details – like fine facets, embossed patterns, and custom-developed hinges – turn each frame into a three-dimensional design piece. A recurring pattern inspired by the letters A and W runs throughout the collection, giving every frame its own visual identity without needing a logo.
Every part of the AWearness collection, from temples to hinges, is made in Europe – with the exception of the titanium nose pads, which are crafted in Japan. The new models come in four timeless colors: rose gold, gold, black-silver, and gun matte. Each one also has a matching sun clip that quickly turns the frame into a pair of sunglasses.
