At the dawn of the 20th century, history of art experiences fundamental changes: the opulent historicism is replaced by the playful floral Jugendstil which, from now on, strongly influences both everyday life and the design associated with it. In the spirit of the legendary Art Nouveau, the spectacle manufacturer Lunor creates its new M11 Collection, playing with the spirit of the times as well as Jugendstil’s fluid lines.

Characterised by the art movement’s unique light-heartedness, the titanium hinges and nose bridges are adorned with delicate ornaments. An elegant finish arises from the ultralight metal with antique gold, antique silver and satin rose gold.

Apart from unique details, the M11 Collection convinces with its modern material mix. Made of acetate, the inside edge and temples add another exciting component to the titanium. Coming in classic black and brown or with an extravagant tortoise-shell pattern in havana brown, these shades of acetate make strong statements.

In addition, the frames are available in four different shapes: round, anatomic and two panto variations allow an individual fitting of different types of faces.

The M11 Collection’s attention to detail is also reflected in Lunor’s manufacture. The metal frames are precisely handcrafted in Japan according to the draft of CEO Michael Fux who shapes the German spectacle manufacturer’s design philosophy as Head of Design.
