Los Angeles based eyewear company Entourage of 7 – now a part of Bellinger House
As part of a long-term strategy, the internationally renowned Danish eyewear company Bellinger House and the successful Los Angeles-based Entourage of 7 has decided to join forces. The synergies and mutual benefits of a merger between the 2 are obvious and a natural step forward for both parties. With the addition of a strong brand such as Entourage of 7, Bellinger House will become an even stronger and bigger player in eyewear industry. Bellinger House currently sells 3 brands; Bellinger, Blac and Kamaeleon and houses design, logistics, accounting, customer service, production and in-house marketing department at their corporate headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Entourage of 7 has a sales office in Los Angeles and has the past 5 years established itself firmly in the U.S. market. This will offer a golden opportunity to boost sales for Blac & Bellinger in the US. Bellinger House is equally established in a lot of the European markets with highly skilled agents. A strong eyewear brand as Entourage of 7 will be the perfect addition to the 3 other brands without being a direct competitor – and with access to new markets, this merger is beneficial to both parties.
