Here’s an example of Danish Design at it’s best: Founded in 2008, the relatively young label Han Kjobenhavn is more inspired by classic designs than fleeting trends. And to accompany each of their fashion collections, Han always simultaneously launches a collection of sunglasses. For Fall/Winter 2011, the label once again has a number of highly coveted accessories in store, including the “Wolfgang”, the “Doc” and the “Timeless” models. The discerning observer will detect clear influences from Persol and Rayban, but that can work as a compliment. All glasses by Han Kjobenhavn can surely be filed under the “timeless classics” label, and are known to bring proven design aesthetics full-circle.
