Let’s face it; symmetrical designs are so “yesterday” and boring. With this in mind, iconic architect Jürgen Mayer H. from Berlin, has been shaking up established conventions with a number of groundbreaking designs. And not only for his buildings – in cooperation with innovative eyewear label ic! berlin, Mayer has now brought his signature style to a new eyewear collection. The resulting collection consists of five eyewear models, which are guaranteed to stand out at first sight with their asymmetrical cuts. But hey, who said eyewear has to be symmetrical? After all, human faces aren’t symmetrical either…
The international design community is blown away by these models, which are currently being exhibited in New York City.
