This September, ITALIA INDEPENDENT brought its ongoing editorial project The Independents On The Road to Riccione, unveiling the new FW25 collection. More than a presentation of new eyewear, the project celebrates the diversity and creative spirit of Italian cities through the stories of authentic and independent personalities.
The Independents are artists, creators, and thinkers who live beyond the spotlight but express themselves with courage and originality. With this format, ITALIA INDEPENDENT places people – not images – at the center of its storytelling, replacing traditional fashion campaigns with genuine artistic content that resonates with contemporary sensibilities. It marks a meaningful cultural shift toward authenticity and human connection.
At the same time, The Independents On The Road serves as a unifying platform that connects all corners of the brand’s community: from the creative team at the House of Modo to communication professionals, talents, the sales force, opticians, fashion retailers, and customers. The protagonists featured in the campaign are not only models but also loyal clients and partners – true ambassadors of ITALIA INDEPENDENT in their local territories.
Riccione was chosen for its energy and symbolic value. During the DaTE fair, the brand previewed the FW25 collection exclusively for industry professionals, while also inviting the public to discover the new designs at the Ferretti Luxuryboutique on Viale Ceccarini, one of ITALIA INDEPENDENT’s key retail partners. To mark the occasion, an exclusive event was held in collaboration with the iconic Cocoricò club. The night featured an electrifying performance by Idriss D – a central figure in Cocoricò’s artistic scene and a global name in electronic music – alongside Marcellina Di Chio, founder of Milan’s legendary Apollo nightclub. The celebration lit up the heart of Riccione with music, creativity, and freedom of expression.
