Crafted entirely from premium acetate, the four designs in this collection embody an authentic masculine aesthetic rooted in timeless design and meticulous craftsmanship. With RIGATO, LOOK celebrates the modern man – confident, discerning, and rooted in authenticity.
The collection’s name, RIGATO, is inspired by the signature detail that defines each frame: fine parallel lines engraved along the front profile. Echoing the artistry of coin minting, fine jewelry, and Italian marble carving, this ridged motif is more than decoration – it’s a seal of authenticity. It pays homage to Italy’s manufacturing excellence and the obsessive attention to detail that distinguishes every LOOK creation.
Each shape revisits iconic silhouettes from decades past, reimagined through a modern lens. The 4680 and 4681 styles, with their compact dimensions, channel the refined lines of the 1950s – one squared, the other softly rounded. The 4682 model introduces a bold top bar for an 1980s-inspired edge, while the 4683 embraces the generous proportions of the 1970s, updated with clean, contemporary design codes.
Color plays a central role in the RIGATO narrative. Earthy havanas are reinterpreted with modern patterning, while natural tones like blue, green, and rust bring a grounded yet sophisticated palette.
