The glasses made from the beans of the fast-growing miracle tree saw the light of day in the Corona year of 2020 and even a worldwide pandemic did not stop them on. With stylish eyewear that is functional and produced regionally, the tech and design company meets the current zeitgeist more than ever.
In doing so, the Austrians solve several problems at once with the glasses made from beans, both on the part of the customers and on the part of the industry. “The customer wants the best hinges. In the substance collection, the creative minds from Weißenbach in Tyrol present 45 design-strong models in 8 timeless colours. Fine contours, thin temple attachments and strategically placed curves make each pair of glasses a beautiful and at the same time functional accessory with the highest wearing comfort.
In addition, wearers get ROLF’s award-winning Flexlock hinge, which can be quickly 3D-printed. This simplifies production and minimises any necessary repairs. This is how sustainability works today.
